Some people make excuses well "I'm traveling" let me tell you, you can eat healthy and lose weight while traveling. You know this past weekend me and one of my friends went to Atlanta, GA (about a 6 hour drive for us) for a conference and training. This training lasted 9 hours 2 days and with only a 30 minute break for lunch break each day. The hotel that we stayed at did not serve lunch so we had to go somewhere, 30 minutes is not long to eat a lunch. Most everyone hit the local fast food restaurants but US? We walked next door to a Tex-Mex restaurant and ordered off their menu. Yes you can find items at almost any restaurant that are healthy choices. Did we give in to a "Taco"-NO, How about the "Burrito"-NO!!! Instead we had a salad with grilled chicken on it, some tomatoes, olives, red pepper well you get the drift. Now "DRESSING" you might ask? How about their "HOMEMADE SALSA" yes healthy! Don't be afraid to ask what it is made of, we did. If it's not good for you then chose another option it's ok to speak up and ask, you are paying for it so ask.... So the point to my story is yes you can eat healthy while traveling and still lose weight at the same time. You might ask? Did I lose any absolutely another 1 lb and another 2 inches. WOOHOO!!!
