WEEK 37
Well it's been a while since I last blogged my journey. Been very busy this summer. But since summer is over the vacation is done. Let's see my results. So did I gain any weight? The answer would be "HECK NO" actually I lost 1.8 lbs. Accountability is a huge factor in this program for me which is apparently what I've needed all these years to lose the weight and keep it off. Here is my 24wk after pic I haven't done a 36 wk pic yet but I will soon.

Still Continuing my journey
Well it's into week 17 and I am still losing I am currently down 41lbs and the other day I tried on a size 6 now it might have been a big size 6 but they fit I couldn't believe it. Who would have ever thought that I would have lost this much in just 17 short weeks, you know DIETS DON'T WORK, but a lifestyle change does. You should try it. The other day I bought a bike from Kmart even though I had to change the seat I absolutely love riding my bike. I found this app on my phone that lets me know how many miles I go now I've been working my way up but I have been riding 2x a day averaging 2 miles. I think that's pretty good for me. Week 12
Well my 12 weeks of LTL Live the Lifestyle Weight Management & Coaching Program, paid off in a big way. I did not think that this could be done but here it is, my before & after pictures.
This program has given me the education on what to eat, the good fats vs the bad fats the healthy oils vs the bad oils. It has given me the will power to get up off the couch & exercise, it's given me the motivation to continue my success. I have went from a size 14/16 to a size 10 even though I bought a size 8 the other day I can actually wear a size 8 I'm going to wear those jeans out. LOL! I absolutely LOVE this program. The program is not a diet it is a health program that the side effects are losing weight & inches. The average weight loss is 30lbs & 30" in 12 weeks, I have lost 35.8 lbs & 37.5" in just 12 short weeks. Hope you have enjoyed my stories. I am continuing my journey of LTL we will see what the next 12 weeks brings.

Ending Week 11
Well today is Friday March 21, 2014 last week my weight-in I lost 0.6 lbs but I lost 2.75 inches which brings my totals to 30lbs & 35.75 inches. Today I also decided to go and buy some clothes that fit. Well I started out with a size 12 TOO BIG woo hoo then I went to a size 9/10 fits pretty good still a little loose. I thought to myself no way well why not lets try a size 7/8 and holy crow!!! They FIT!! a little tight but they fit!!! I also had a large shirt too BIG! so I went to medium and it FIT!! I was so excited that i bought 2 (different shirts that was a size medium) LOL! So I left that store and went to another one just to see if it was a fluke the size 8 and sure enough I tried on a size 29 (equivalent to a size 8) they fit very good so I bought them. I was pretty excited. I have never bought a size 8 or a medium shirt EVER I've always been BIG...
Everyone says I look good, but to tell you the truth I still look in the mirror and see the same ole FAT person, I know this is not true because all my clothes fall off of me. But I still see that same ole person. I just need to get over that and enjoy my progress. I know that I am coaching now and I hope I can be as good of a coach as my coach was to me. Anyway this is my weekly update. I have posted a pic the after one was taken to day (SIZE 8)!!!

LTL Week 9
Well I'm a few days late on writing this, but my Meltdown Monday results were Lost another 3.2 lbs and another 1.75 inches bring my totals for 9 weeks of LTL to lost 29.4 lbs & 32 inches. This is crazy I have never had weight loss & inch loss this fast. I'm going through the coaches training and my last training session is this coming Monday March 17, 2014 so I'm super excited to start coaching clients on how to achieve a better lifestyle through eating healthy. LTL Week 8
Saturday March 7th, 2014
Today I have been cleaning since all the snow is melting and the sun is shinning..
So far my totals are lost 26.2 lbs 30.75 inches and decreased body fat by 4%. Just thought you would want to know.
Boy has this been a lifestyle change. My eating habits have changed, reading all labels on what I buy, no sweet tea, no sodas, which I thought I was going to miss, but I haven't. They say you lose 30lbs and 30 inches in 12 weeks, but I think I'm going to hit the 30 lbs Monday or I hope so. Since I already hit the 30 inches this week in 8 WEEKS. WOW I couldn't believe it. I have went from a size 14 and I can button a size 10 notice I said "button" they are tight but I can button them. I haven't been a size 10 in well NEVER. I believe I had said I want to lose 40 lbs in 12 weeks but I don't know if I'm gonna to make to 40 lbs I only have about 2.5 weeks left but we will see.
But it was not an easy road to go down, but I have made it. I cook fresh veggies at almost every meal, I either grill or bake the meats I am eating. I will be glad when I can plant my garden so I can start canning.
Well tonight I am going to try Turkey Burgers with gluten free bread, I don't know how it's going to turn out but we will see tonight.

Shopping day
I guess I probably tell you what LTL stands for (Live the Lifestyle)
You see I had some friends on facebook that joined this program and they had not only lost weight but the inches and they looked so good. So I said if they can do it so can I. So I signed up cost me around $400 for the vitamins and supplements and said ok I guess I'm commited so we will see.
Prediet Day1: Well today is Saturday January 4, 2014, and I guess i got to go shopping for fruits and veggies for this diet that I'm suppose to follow. It says i have a detox for the first week and of course exercise which I don't think will be to bad. However not being able to have the sweet tea is going to get to me. I love pasta too but apparently this bad as well. So we will see. My goal is to lose not only the weight but inches. So here is goes. I am currently a size 14, I am 5'10" weight well I will just say TOO MUCH, however my goal is to lose at least 40lbs hopefully I will lose a lot more but lets be realistic I'll start at 40lbs. Tomorrow I'm suppose to get another email from my coach I'll see what that email entails and let you now tomorrow.
